cFosSpeed 4.50 Build 1456 Final_x86 / x64

cFosSpeed 4.50 Build 1456 Final 4.8MB Rs.Com

cFosSpeed is a network driver, which attaches itself to existing Internet connections. It then optimizes data transfer by means of Traffic Shaping.Traffic Shaping is a method for optimizing the Internet traffic. It allows maximum speed while ensuring minimal Ping. You can use cFosSpeed with a router and/or a DSL-modem or cable-modem. You can also use cFosSpeed with other types of Internet access, ie. whenever you already have an existing Internet connection.cFosSpeed supports a wide variety of connections, like DSL, cable, ISDN, UMTS, etc.

What's new in cFosSpeed 4.50 build 1456 -- 10-Feb-2009:

+ Added new skin: "LC History"; it's like our well-known Liquid Crystal skin, but with a history that scrolls to the left.

+ Added Layer-7 detection for large HTTP downloads (client & server).HTTP transfers which take more than 1 sec. at full speed are nowclassified as HTTP_C_BULK / HTTP_S_BULK and have low priority asdefault. You can change the priority in the Layer-7 Protocol prioritizationdialog. Warning: This will only work, if the current HTTP connectionis not reused by the browser. Otherwise the first classificationwill be used. The next version will remove this limitation.

+ Speeded memory allocation.

+ Improved detection of packets that NDIS sends erroneously to cFosSpeed.
